In August 2022 I launched an Instagram account dedicated to healing the emotional site of endometriosis through mindfulness, @mindyourendo. Within 3 months this grew into a flourishing community of nearly 1k endo warriors and allies.

I developed this page as a safe place for the sharing, listening, and learning of how we go about living our lives with this disease. How do we cope with our day-to-day? How do we keep going in the bodies we’ve been given? How do we not just survive, but live a full and happy life?

I don’t have all the answers, but I am sharing them as I make these joyful discoveries. Through empowerment, awareness, community, and mindfulness, coexisting with endometriosis is within our grasp.
